Phillip Cunningham
I was a sworn Police Officer for the City of Corpus Christi for eighteen years.  I worked three years in the Patrol Division and thirteen years in the Criminal Investigation Division in the Homicide/Robbery/Sexual Assault Section.
I spent two years as the Polygraph Examiner for the Corpus Christi Police Department, administering criminal specific and pre-employment tests for that department as well as the surrounding Alice, Portland, and Robstown Police Departments.

Leo Benavides
I was a sworn Police Officer for the City of Corpus Christi for 23 years.  I worked for two years in Criminal Investigations working in the Burglary and Theft Division.  I worked two years in the Traffic Division investigating a full range of accidents from very minor to fatalities.  I worked for two years in the Narcotic Division doing surveillance, undercover work and presenting cases to either County or District Attorneys office for disposition. I worked seventeen years in Patrol Division as an officer, training officer and supervisor in different areas throughout the city.  I was the supervisor in charge of the Hostage Negotiation Team and spent my last three years training the team on possible scenarios and supervising the team on all crisis call outs when needed in the city.
